Over the last decade, we have seen digital marketing trends come and go, but one thing that remains constant is the public’s need for connection. It’s ironic as we have lost the true sense of understanding and connection and replaced it with the facade of connection in the form of constant availability. This is where the versatility and evolution of chatbots using artificial intelligence has started to emerge with conversational interfaces, improved branding and increased consumer loyalty to companies that meet them where they are.
